Ive been training 7 days a week/ twice a week and my gains have been incredible. I just have to make sure to get my 8 hours everyday and sleep really well. what do you guys think?

Yes overtraining is possible. If your lifts stall you are very likely overtraining due to lack of rest or food.

The first 6 months, i was working out 4 times a week and i was overtraining as fuck.

Doesnt sound much heh? Well i was working out every muscle, 2 hours every session.

I've made good gains, but im making better gains now doing push/pull split and working out only 1 hour + 15 minutes if i feel like doing it.

Its 5 days for me now. 7 is impossible for me currently because i get sore after nearly every workout. The soreness doesnt last long, but yeah.

Dyel detected, its even worse for people on juice, their joints and tendons never get a rest because of how fast the muscle grows and becomes stronger, if you lets say squat everyday on jooz you will end up tearing something, whilst on natty you have a bit of headroom because your muscles wont be as recovered and strong to pull tendons off the bone.

Once you build up enough muscular endurance to be able to do two heavy weightlifting workouts per day and add a third, light weightlifting, on top of regular cardio, you'll start getting syndromes of chronic stress.

This is what actual overtraining is.
Or you just follow your retard trainer and get rhabdomyosis along with the rest of your team.

This is true, I went for 21 days in a row and I realized I wasn't progressing in any of my lifts, my right elbow was feeling shitty and had less intense workouts.

With 6 days I found that a single rest day was a lot better for me making gains than going 7 days, gives my body a day to relax and I hit the gym hard as fuck the next day which continues into the week

I would be drained if I did that. I can usually handle abcab then I need a day off. I don't set off days I just wait until something like work or being to sore provides a reason to take a day off. Usually never more that 2 days, on good weeks only 1.
