5'11 130 lbs -> 160 lbs

A lot of the weight gained was just due to me eating more. I remember dumbbell benching with 30 lbs dumbbells back then, and now I use 70 lbs.

Today, I ate nothing. I jut ordered a pizza two hours ago (2 persons). I ate half of it, can't eat more.

Eating that much isn't easy, I felt like shit at first by your stomach stretches pretty quick. Protein shakes and weight gainer are great, I put a cup of oats in mine. Also small snacks at night like bagels with peanut butter and shit.
