if i were to strength train a beginner, id probs get them to do something like
mon squat 5x5 / bench 5x5
wed dl 3x3 / upper body pull 3x8
fri squat 5x5 / overhead press 3x8
maybe change fridays bsq to front squat 6x3

2-3 bodybuilding/core movements at end of every session for 3-5 sets each (eg dips, arms, delts, legs, abs, lower back etc). programming for this stuff doesnt matter rly, its just assistance work
the main thing with beginners is to learn good technique and get some hypertrophy, they'll progress whatever they do desu
