Grats, you've figured it out. The amount of time and effort invested into lifting vs the payoff is probably the worst of any endeavour I can think of. Eventually you'll be in too deep to quit, though.

I'm a skinnyfag trying to bulk up, on my second day going for 2000 cals and 150g protein, missed the protein goal by a bit yesterday. I don't really know what I'm suppose to be doing exercise wise, am I supposed to wait until I gain some weight before getting into exercising?

Also what should I do for exercise? I don't currently go to the gym and won't be able to for the next three weeks, I'm considering just getting some standard equipment. All I've got for the moment is a single 25lb dumbbell.

And I have read the sticky, I'm just very thick and don't know how or if I should be exercising but I feel like I shouldn't.
