The processed storebought stuff is pretty nasty but if you make your own it can be very nice.

Close, I do go for the whole "breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper" thing though. Average day is basically:

Breakfast
>3 Eggs
>Sausage or bacon
>Coffee with a splash of whole milk
>Cottage cheese

Lunch
>Tuna and arigula salad
>Black coffee

Dinner
>Small amount of meat and veggies
>2 cups of Black coffee

I rarely eat breakfast, but I'm a big fan of the All Star Breakfast Special at Waffle House

Hashbrowns all the way, sunny side up eggs, sourdough toast, bacon, blueberry waffles, fuckton of coffee, glass or two of chocolate milk

My breakfast usually isn't huge. I eat big lunches and a enormous dinner.

Average Day:

Breakfast:
1 cup of oatmeal
3 eggs
Spoonfull of peanut butter

Lunch:
1 cup of Ground beef
4 Servings of High Protein Pasta
Olive Oil
-A rabbit food side

Snack Time:
-Cereal
-Snickers Bar
-Protein Bar (if need be in case of emergency)
-MOAR PEANUT BUTTER

Dinner:
-Chicken. Lately I've been making 4-5 drumbsticks, oven baked. I also make wings. I started buying thighs and breasts
-1 Cup of white rice (changing to brown soon)
-I'll have some scoops if I'm short on my protein though yesterday I got almost 200grams from just food.

i've been cutting with intermitting fasting and it's so much easier, i eat all the cals i need between 6pm-9pm, i'm a big dude so i'm cutting down to around 1500 a day while trying to reach my protein goal, sometimes even 1200 if i'm not that hungry.


I still wonder if fasting is worth it, i mean it gives me full control of my hunger (something i've never experienced as a big guy) but something about eating 2/3 plates of food feels wrong. guess i'll have to wait for results.

I fucking know, it's satisfying to do and so it seems like cheating somehow

Sometimes I add up my daily calories and it comes out like 1000 and I feel full because I just ate those 1000 at once.
