In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I have a morning ritual that I need to share. I call it "the terminator". First I crouch down in the shower in the classic "naked terminator traveling through time" pose. With my eyes closed I crouch there for a minute, visualizing either Arnold or the guy from the second movie (not the chick in the third one because that one sucked) and I start to hum the terminator theme. Then I slowly rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me to proceed through my day as an emotionless, cyborg badass. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It ruins the fantasy.

I just do something as soon as I wake up because, as I already said, cold showers and light exercises help me build up my stamina for the day.
After my 'morning routine' I go to my classes.
I do my lifting workout when I come home, around 6PM.

Not a great breakfast but not an awful one either. Fine to be "healthy", but probably won't be super helpful when it comes to building an impressive physique. Also not an awful idea to start the day with some simple bodyweight stuff, though personally I'd skip the crunches overall, or replace them with something I find more helpful like static hold head/handstands or vacuums or something.

My morning routine is

>get dressed, pee, take dog out
>cook breakfast (2 eggs, 6 egg whites)
>eat eggs and some protein cereal with skim milk
>take my vitamins (Magnesium, L-arginine, zinc, vitamin D and selenium)
>start car (I live in the mid-north of Canada)
>brush teeth, wash face, comb hair
>pack lunch and gym bag
>drive to work and listen to CBC talk radio
When I get to work I put on a pot of coffee and take my ECA stack before collecting the day's files and hopping in my work truck and hitting the road for work.
