/Fit/, is it just me, or do you guys also get really fucking pissed off during a cut? Like, my entire day, I was incredibly grumpy and irritable. I almost snapped when a bus was early, causing me to miss it. That's really out of character for me. A few stressful things have happened, but the most significant one is that I started a cut a few days ago.

So, /fit/, do you get really angry over stuff on a cut? Or is it just me acting like a psycho?

I did on my first 2 cuts, now on my third its going pretty good, maybe my mind got used to it but I'm not feeling bad or thinking about eating junk anymore.

im angry as fuck but also motivated as fuck to get better, seeing results is the best. remember, you want to be better than all these fat fucks out there, never give up.

in reality, cutting diets will have an effect on your mood. but you can manage it. dont go TOO low carb or you will hate life.

Both my friend and I get Irritated easily on a cut. Makes us impatient etc. He switched over to IIFYM diet works well for his OCD. I have to stick with low carb/keto or I'm gonna end up binge eatings

it's worth it in the end. you also probably have anger issues like us
