So, I've been lifting for two and a half months now.
I'm 6'1-2 and I weigh 94 kg (209 lb)
My first 3 weeks of deadlift I went from 50 kg (110 lb) to 60 kg (132 lb); now my deadlift is at 110 kg (242 lb). Is this a substantial gain?
>tl;dr 132 lb to 242 lb deadlift in two months. gitin gud?
Nigger I'm a fucking 180lb 5'6" manlet and I hit 225 in my first week, how weak were you?
>>36317858
I was pretty lazy. Spent a few months before hand in hospital.
>>36317890
All I wanna know is, jesus man could you really only deadlift 110kg?
>>36317906
I have no idea what my 1RM is. Only go by sets and that's what I'm up to so far. Should I be pushing myself shitloads harder?
>>36317846
Completely normal progress
>>36317846
Don't listen to >>36317858 he's a fat little midget. You've made great gains for 2.5 months~! Keep up the good work! Just remember that it's a grind, and DLing 19pl8 won't happen overnight.
