Eat hungry skelley. I used to have this problem until I started counting calories and realized I was eating about half as much as I needed to. Most people if you eat clean dont even eat at maintenance.

can confirm this. I've been cutting at 2500 calories and by the end of the day i'm so full I walk funny. I make sure i have a big bowl of fibrous fruit at night time so i can clear my bowels in the morning and actually be comfortable enough to function but it's a strange feeling eating this much, putting on muscle, and losing weight all at the same time.

Genetics really has very little if anything to do with it. Some body types store store store and its easier to produce fat, other body types burn burn burn and it eats your body away. Finding your body type and know it's intake is crucial. One is not superior to the other. Check "The Nightmare" Out. He's a prime example of a twig turned Hulk.
