it's 6am but I will have
baked beans
2 sausages
2 pieces of bacon
2 hash browns
2 pieces of toast with butter
cup of apple juice
then a walk to the gym and 20 minutes on the memetrainer, then study, lessons, more study, then lunch of sardines and dinner is whatever the cafiteria serve. I might even have some beer later.

Nothing (don't eat breakfast) but yesterday was a refeed day so I had a full English breakfast for dinner. Don't know the calories but it was massive.
