Step one: eat at a caloric deficit until a bodyfat of 10-15% is achieved

Step two: do anaerobic cardio (I recommend barbell complexes) and strength training. No aerobic cardio

Step three: push press and ohp

It is that fucking simple.

Weighted chin ups/pull ups, overhead work, squats, deadlift.

If you want. you can do ab wheel as well.

Stomach vacuums are the only ab isolation worth doing, imo
