That's me in the picture.

I'm on mad bulk. I've been lifting for 7 months, and I'm still stalling at 60kg squat. Insane.

So I decided to eat this shite everyday now that I've finally found what I like to eat in quantities.

For starters, I'm 110lbs at 5'10. 21 years old.

>Morning

6 egg whites
3 bananas
2 croissants (French dude)
1 pain au chocolat
150g chicken breast
150g rice
125g walnuts
A dose of gainer (roughly 1000kcal)
1 glass of lactose-free milk (or else I get the runs)

>Lunch
Whatever it is on the menu, but probably an average kebab
A glass of milk
125g of nuts
2 broccolis
200g of ground beef
150g rice

>Dinner

500g fromage blanc
100g of mixed oats in it
200g of ground beef
2 carrots
Probably a few more bananas for dat dere potassium


I also supplement Vit. A and Vit. D aswell as Zinc, and I take them whle gulping a healthy dose of olive oil to increase the absorbtion.

So, whaddaya think?

Jesus Christ dude, that is so much food. Have you calculated the calories for that?

I'm also 5'10 and was about that weight this time last year. Now I'm 154lbs and still gaining, aiming for 170

I eat quite a lot less than that - around 2500 to 3000 cals a day. Mostly carbs

Lots of bread, I usually have 2/4 slices of toast for breakfast. With jam because I'm not too fussed about sugar intake

Lunch is either rice and beans or pasta/pesto with 3 fried eggs cracked on top. 125g of rice, or double that in fresh pasta

Dinner varies a lot by is usually carb focused, primarily a shit load of pasta of some sort. Had a stir fry tonight, one nest of noodles is supposedly one portion, I had 3

I used to calorie count at first and I'd recommend it to start - I downloaded an app on my phone. Now I just sort of wing it as I can make a rough estimate as to how much is on my plate

Oh and I don't drink any fizzy drinks, and rarely alcohol. Mainly tea and water. Regularly snack on shit like dried meats and nuts, too.

As long as you're satisfied with your strength gains, that's fine. However, aesthetics wise, you have changed for the worse. It is easily remedied, though, so no worries. More strength also mean more mass on the long term. It just seems like wasted effort, to gain a largely disproportionate amount of fat and muscle mass, having to cut it just to look as you did before

I enjoy lifting heavy and having a good time with friends.
