I'm looking for some recipes or combinations of fruit and veg I can throw together in a blender and drink daily. I want to up my nutrients in a quick way.

What should I include in the smoothie? Fruits, veg, yoghurt, milk, shit like ginger, water? I have no idea at all.

What do you guys do?

Bonus for combo that can be made and left for a day or so.
Double bonus for shit that tastes good, although not essential.

few protips:
>if you mix frozen strawberries with milk or yoghurt it makes strawberry ice cream
>same with frozen bluberries or any other frozen fruit, depending on the flavour you want. just don't add too much milk/yoghurt or you get shake instead of ice cream.
>mix chocolate whey with avocado for choc puccing
>mix chocolate whey with any sweet fruit and you get a thick chocolate shake
>flax and chia seeds for good fats and extra fibre

Run luke warm water in the blender to clean it. You don't need to put it in the washer.

personally, I make my morning shake almost everyday. It's a semi-sweet paste but it's not too calories dense and has good protein.

>plain Chobani (low fat milk)
>6-8oz. fat free milk, depending on how liquidy you want it.
>1 ripe banana
>1.5-2 cups of baby spinach
>1/4-1/3 cup baby carrots
>throw in some frozen peaches (I guess non-frozen also works
>3-5 decently sized strawberries
>an undisclosed amount of blueberries
>a spoonful of honey
>2 tbsp. Chia seeds
>1.5 tbsp ground flax seed

not gonna lie, it doesn't taste fantastic and it coagulates after half an hour but it gets the job done nutritionally

This is the one that I make.

>5 grapes
>one half Clementine
>1/3 cup of frozen berries
>2 tbsp of 2% milk
>pinch of kale
>some granola on top

I pretty much throw together what I have in the fridge.
Pic related is 2 times that recipe intended to feed 2 by the way.
