10k run every day will likely cause bad shin splints in the short term. I'd do that three times a week, maybe less. IF you really want to smash cardio use an erg on the days youre not running.

Either you'll fail because you lack the musculature to do these things, or it fails because you already have the musculature to do these things and thus it fails to produce any hypertrophy. If you already have enough muscles to do something every day, you don't need more muscles to keep doing it.
If you walks 20000 steps every day for the rest of your life your calves won't grow larger and larger every year, they'd stay the same.

When I was like 14 or 15, I wanted to lose weight. I did what the OP is suggesting and started eating healthier foods. I lost a bunch of weight (down to 130 pounds at ~5'10")
My body ended up looking like yours, OP.
So what I'm saying is that your routine is basically going to spin your wheels for 6 months. If you followed a basic beginner's barbell routine for six months you'd end up being strong as fuck and looking 1000% better.
Ive seen people do this type of routine, especially teenagers. You will make gains, but slow as almighty shit. Your muscles will hardly grow an inch in any area, even if you eat. Your muscles will start becoming developed but the most youll ever get is "wow, thats a strong 13 year old!" and youll constantly have to defend your freakishly small physique by saying "well at least i have abs!".
