Well /fit/, I accidentally a whole pizza.

I ate a whole medium pizza from domino's in a moment of weakness and felt so bad about it that I just forced myself to throw up.

How bad is this?

Also, think of it as weekly calories, if you ate 800+ calories one day, then either up cardio through the week, or eat less the other days to compensate.

Whole pizza? A whole pizza from Little Caesar's is, I think, less than 2500 cals. Just don't eat anything else today.

I have eaten a whole pizza before. It does feel bad, and even worse is that cheese gives me horrible acne.

I did it a lot when I was 300+ and trying to lose weight. At around 250 I would still do it but I realized how shitty it was for me and tried to stop. 200 now and I still binge on occasion but when I do I chalk it up to having a shit day and just hit the gym all that much harder the next day, with the occasional episode.

To be honest I don't think it's that bad a thing if done in moderation. (Once every few months) it really helped me hate myself when I first started and kept me going. Maybe I'm just fucked in the head though.
