Is it a meme diet or does it actually work?

this is me-me cancer
It's bullshit
Its fine if it fits your schedule. I do it cause it's easier than taking lunch with me and eating at uni.
If it has extra benefits awesome, but I'm not sure how true any of that shit is

go with keto.

this is a meme thread. all intermittent fasting does is limit your consumption to what you can essentially fit into your stomach in one sitting. of course it works.

this
>>36263988
>One sitting
>8 hours
You're a fat shit anyways, aren't you?
If you think its bullshit ignore the threads

ive been doing it for about 10 years (although only recently have i been lifting and doing it an organized 16-8)
i have always had a low bodyfat despite a really shitty diet. honestly i believe its because i never ate until 1pm due to work and had to work 2 miles to get to work on a fasted stomach.
so i believe it has benefits on fat burning if you exercise during a fasted state. also that first meal of the day feels so fucking good.
Not a meme. This shit is not gonna make you lose weight faster, but i'ts going to make sure you lose it imo. Way easier to stick to a diet schedule with this

yet you didn't sage?
>>36264095
conceptually, the chart clearly only "recommends" a schedule. no?
>>36264135
>also that first meal of the day feels so fucking good.
Man when you bite into a piece of fruit after fasting for hours it's so glorious
I've lost 20 kilos in 5 months. It works.
+ lifting and running of course
and not eating shit of course

This is like an hour away from being "skipping breakfast". I wish they'd just call it that.

Here I was thinking that everyone on /fit/ was balding.
I've been trying it for three weeks so far. I like it.
Rough start though. First week I was getting mentally sluggish by the last two or so hours before needing to eat. It was a weird state of having plenty of energy in my body, not actually feeling that hungry, but slowing down mentally to the point I felt retarded and slurred speech.
Makes it really easy to control your diet. Not sure I buy much of the other benefits yet.

Potatoes in the same tier as junk food.
