You need to eat more. Don't worry about putting on fat, you'll put on a miniscule layer of bf. What you will do is proportionalize your body so you look good. 2850 seems like enough to bulk on, make sure you go to schoobysworkshop.com and check your TDEE though. Good luck newfag.

How long have you been training? What is your BMI? If your BMI is above 15% then 3100+ cals is just going to make you fatter and you need to drop the cals down until you start to lose weight. Then use that number as a start point for your goals ...adding cals to gain...subtracting to lost fat. And do this 100 cals at a time over a period of a couple of weeks.

aim for around 140g of protein. the general rule is 1g per lb of lean body mass, but i always eat a little over it. drop your fat down to about 80g and fill the rest up with good quality carbs. smash oats, milk, sweet potato, fruit and veg. with the added carbs your strength should go through the roof

Should I count the protein from all sources or just meat, fish and stuff like beans?

Also, what the fuck...I read in the sticky and other places that yoou should eat 1g of protein per lb of weight, then some faggots here told me it's 1g per Kg of weight....which one is it???
