My advice is to use the first cycle just to get used to pinning, eating right, noticing side-effects, maybe you're prone to gyno - maybe not.

OP here, Its common that if you walk into any supplement store and say "Do you have a geiger counter"

if they like you they will say "Mines is in the back of the shop" after this they will lead you to the back and you can purchase.

Have you ever looked at the people that you are comparing to? They go to the gym without any consideration, never rethink what they are doing in the gym, never look for quality sources for information on how to improve their gym process and don't bother with always being average-bad at it.

These are people that are either extremely stupid or just go to the gym to feed some kind of feeling of obligation to do so, for whatever reason.

There is absolutely no use in comparing yourself to them.

You are not even past a fast linear progression with those stats - you could literally get away with TM increasing every 2-3 IDs (not for bench, TM sucks for bench).

If you have reached a point of time where it takes you several months to progress and it is not related to your programming, then I can understand that you want to take it further by enhancing yourself.

But at your point it really is nothing but a shame and much of a sign that you lack the ability to power through something as well the intelligence to understand something as simple as programming principles.

Different guy but yeah, his stats are pretty bad to start roiding. And yeah, they are beginner stats considering they're his 1rm and not his working sets. I bench 225x10 squat 365x5 and didlyft 405x3. At 210 6"2. I would never dream of roiding at this stage of my development because gains are still ez pz. To hit real big numbers he's gonna have to take insane dosages and deal with hella sides had he not fucked with steroids this early. And yeah, most people on this board are weak as fuck. Op probably benches 185x8. That's literally nothing.

Weekly peaking adds no value to your session - barely any training effect and a higher risk of injury as well a bigger stress on your CNS.

You should definitely have a day where you do heavy triples, but not absolute maximal ones and also you should do 3 or 4 sets of them.

A low dose test cycle like this will put on huge amounts of muscle in a much shorter period of time, and when he's done he'll still be able to keep it all because he's below genetic max.
