Yeah probably. I don't know which meats are high risk for estrogen but the soy gyno thing is a myth. The study it's bass off of had people eating soy and only soy like 9x a day or some ridiculous shit.

I don't have full blown man boobs but the nips are puffy sometimes and have lumps inside. Shit looks dumb in thin fabrics or light colors. Been that way since middle school. Fucking should have done sports as a kid. Bet it wouldn't have happened.

How many people you see on this board that have cut down to ~12bf% and complain about their gyno? That's right, you don't.
Sure there are some exceptions that legitimately have gyno, but most of the time even in those cases it's so minor that only other autistic /fit/izen would be able to point it out.
