I'm 177 at 5'8" and a skinny little twerp.

You're basically a stick figure.
>>
Yeah, 6' 225lbs is perfect.
>>
Last year I went from just over 160 lbs. to just under 200lbs. - it is very shocking to me in retrospect and I am not a young guy going through puberty not do I supplement with vitamin S. I am a runner and felt best ( and got the most mires ) when I was in the 170's. At 175, I looked good in all my "slim fit" suits that are popular now and that grills drool over, my face was lean and angular, I could scratch my own back, and I still had enough padding so my bones didn't hurt laying back in the jacuzzi (this happened when I was 161 lbs.)

However, I have decided the body I want is around 220-225 lbs provided it is sub 10% bf and if I don't have to eat constantly to maintain it.

your bmi is 26.9 putting you in the overweight category.

you skinny little twerp.

B-b-but senpai, I'm 6'3 and 260.

190 lean and that would be perfect. At 200 lean you would get into swole territory.
>>
>i'm 6 feet, 163 lbs with a tiny bit of noob gains

I guess I should bulk now right? I did my measurements and I'm about 15% bf though

So is your bitch, but what's your point?

Aesthetically 185 is a better weight

Bmi concordance is as such that chances are you are bodyfat obese and bmi healthy weight rather than the other way around.

If bmi says you are overweight, you are either fat or on roids.

I've been a rower at 6' 175, and it was a good build for that because I could do cardio very well while still benching 2 plates and being able to do 20 pullups, but now I'm 6' 205 with a similar body fat percentage and the same pullup max. The tradeoffs to each are obvious, but I like being a big guy on the whole. It's fun to have a body like that.

>slim fit suits that are popular now
Fuck those continental fad suits. If you're built, just wear a more British cut. Still shows off your figure and looks swag as hell, but you'll have much better range of motion and not look like a homosexual.

If you're really bold, go for an old-school sack suit like from J. Press, but that takes more balls to pull off.

Yeah...I need new suits as all mine look terrible on me now. When you have built traps, the collar doesn't hug your neck and looks terrible unless you are having them custom made. Anyway, have you checked out the suits Dwayne Johnson is sporting on his IG for his show Ballers? Brehs....

Yeah that's pretty much exactly what I meant by a British suit cut. Ought to be in the sticky, to be honest. Too many young guys have the wrong idea about how to show off their gainz in clothes.

There's a backlash against polo shirts because too many skellingtons and soccer dads wear them with a shitty fit, but they never stopped looking good when fitted properly on a good frame.
