I'm finally under 100 kilos (186 cm) for the first time in many, many years. Possibly more than 10 years.
I started at 140ish. I still got 20-30 left to go. I wish I could get a better idea, but being lean obviously isn't my forte. The loose skin is real, but I can get that operated out the way and make a real nice pair of socks or something out of it down the road so that's not an issue.
I tried a pair of skin fold calipers and came out to 27% bf, but I have no idea how accurate it is due to the loose skin.
The biggest reason I've got to keep my shirt on now isn't how fat I am, but rather how severely lacking my rear delts are.
My current job has me losing around 2-3 kilos a week, but I suspect it'll slow down soon enough.
