The past 2 years I was depressed out of my MIND! The year before that was the best year of my life where everyday it legit felt like I was on MDMA. Life was just these bright ass colors. Then depression hit and all my friends left as I pushed them away but it kind of sucks because you realize who your real friends are and who isn't. I thought I was going insane because before I could appraoch a 10/10 with full blown confidence but now I couldn't even hand cash to a cashier without shaking my hands and my heart feeling like it was going to explode out of my chest. I am starting to get really lean right now and the good feelings are coming back again. I learned never to use drugs and to only do things that will help lift you up. We are all going to make it bros!

I got distinctions from university. It's the first time in a long time that I haven't felt like a failure.

I've been having a mild scoliosis for years. A few months ago I had finally decided that I wanted to fix this once and for all, went to the right doctor, and the therapy works.
It makes me really, really happy to feel my spine getting corrected.
