Are there any cultures with /fit/ foods? Like cultures where everyone eats healthy food daily?
Japanese eat a lot of rice and veggies with some lean meat and occasional red meat

Most European countries have healthy cuisine by default (though the people eating healthy is another mattter). But I guess it mostly centers around the mediterrranean area. Personally I am from Denmark and classic danish food is very high on carbs and fat, so not exactly healty, but almost all danes have healthy eating habits to counter it.

If I had to be general about it, I'd say most second world countries have the 'healthiest' diets. Rich enough to be able to have food, but not advanced enough to the point where chemical additives are a cheaper route.

At the end of the day most traditional diets in most places are going to be 'healthy' in a lot of ways.
