>>
>>36188205
Maybe try to make pudding with it?
Found this online:

1 serving chocolate whey protein powder (I use Myoplex Chocolate Cream)
1 serving (1/4 package) Jell-O sugar free chocolate pudding mix
3/8 c. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
>>
>>36188142
1 can tuna = 20-24g
1 egg = 6g
How does this all add up to 42g protein?
>>
>>36188142
Does this recipe include the oil in it's calorie total?
They don't list it as an ingredient, but it's a significant amount of calories. Also, the protein total is wrong. Frankly I'm having doubts about the whole thing, the cakes are probably super dry and shitty tasting

Substitute flour with whey bro

On a bed of spinach maybe? That's how I would serve it

Op here, I just made them this morning, they're not half bad, though you should probably cut back on the black pepper and salt, and add some fresh herbs. Then they would be perfect.
>>
>>36188742
Also, the atomic number comes out to be around 33 with all of the protons accounted for. Calories are about right though.

Does anybody here activate their almonds, and if so, how do? I've heard that almonds are better for you when they're activated.

Just 1 can?

I posted that in the thread. So this is what it feels like to save a life.

Honestly it's not even bad, maybe a bit bland. I add hot sauce and it's the perfect snack.

What is the benefit of eating activated almonds as opposed to unactivated almonds.
>>
>>36188142

You know, there's no tilapia or swai in this thread and that's a shame.

These shit-eating fishes are fantastic for cutting - the 7 oz portion of tilapia we use at my restaurant has incredible macros:

190 calories
42 grams protein
2 grams fat
0 grams carbs

Swai has got a similar macro profile, but that shit is cat-fish so it's soft and eggy compared to the flakiness of tilapia. It's a texture thing more than taste.

I'll take some pics in a few weeks when I get a new phone, but I'll try to lay out a decent recipe here.

>Ingredients
~7 oz tilapia
White onion
Lemon
Dill
Olive oil
Capers/olives

>Cooking method
Take a sheet of parchment paper approximately 18x18 inches.

Thinly slice your white onion and lemon, layering a few pieces to make a bed for your tilapia. Place fish filet on top of onions/lemons - gently drizzle with ~1 tsp of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Top with fresh dill, and a few more slices of onion and lemon. Close up the parchment paper - you can either twist the edges together like a calzone or you can use twine. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.

Though this shit is delicious sauteed in a pan with a bit of butter, just splash on a bit of tapatio and a squeeze of lemon and you're good to go.

Just made this. Too salty and it didn't stay in a patty so I ended up just stir frying it. Idk I'm pretty retarded though

When the almonds are "activated," it begins to come to life. It begins to produce new proteins, sugars, amino acids, etc. basically, activating your almonds creates more proteins and breaks down nutrients in the nut making them easier to digest. They're better than regular almonds but they're expensive as hell, so most people activate they're almonds themselves or they just eat them unactivated to avoid the trouble.

If you read ahead, I suggested that you cut the salt. As far as keeping them in patties, you just spoon dollops of the mixture into the pan. The bottom solidifies and then you flip them. It isn't too hard. You'll get it.
>>
>>36192555
I bought this stuff called "Mancakes" before I realized that I could make protein pancakes on my own. It basically says on the package that you can use it as a flour substitute, I'll try to make bread with it next weekend.
>>
>>36191949
I've done similar with Oat Congee
Shit load of soysauce+peanut oil marinated chicken breasts cooked in Oats and Vegetable stock with Pak Choi and Leek with Egg mixed in at the end.

Will try again with Tuna

Did you forget the egg? Thats the only thing i could think of that'd cause binding problems.

also you need a good fish slice for these. They're quite friable until they're cooked either side, as well as needing packed down quite firmly before being placed on the frying pan.
>>
>>36194188
I used canned tuna and added an egg. But idk if I mixed it well enough
>>
>>36194274
You're supposed to use canned tuna.
>>
>>36188169
>Proton pancakes
whoa
>>
>>36193838
I have the same problem, honestly I just let it turn into a shitty scramble paste. Getting it to stick together doesn't taste much better.

Try hot sauce on it.
>>
>>36193838
you clearly dont have enough egg
>>
>>36188403
Just looked at my can of albacore tuna, 32 g of protein in the can
>>
>>36188142
Going to try this without the flour
>>
>>36193838

>>36197125

Try the following - instead of a tablespoon of flour use 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.

Obliterate your onions and garlic and a celery stalk in a food processor to give yourself a little more liquid to work with. Toss in some fresh parsley and dill.

What are the best simple /fit/ meals?

Lately i've been eating a lot of the same meals and need to add some new ones to the rotation of
-oatmeal w/ fruit
-ham and cheese sandwiches
-pasta with chicken and veggies

it's like when you activate your muscles whilst doing a specific exercise, if you don't activate then it's pointless. All the nutrients go to waste and you might as well not have eaten them.
>>
>>36191949
Same was as you activate charcoal.
