Cost per gram is similar and I like having a variety to choose from.

So choose the tasty whey.
>>
>>36182073
If you mix jam with the yogurt you have a much greater variety than the flavors of whey.

Also those whey protein supplements are often non organic and full of GMO chemicals

Can't fucking stand greek yogurt. Tastes like sourcream or some shit.
>>
>>36182276
This. I mix greek yogurt and whey. It's eating soft serve ice cream.

Try this shit

Icelandic yogurt not sure what the difference is but its 10% protein and actually tastes good
>>
>>36182397
I mean that it's a little weird your DNA can change by eating a Mars bar. Best to stick to organic food and avoid chemically altered products like whey protein. Non organic milk is full of hormones and they also add shit to the powders you don't want
>>
if youre a little bitch that cant eat something without flavoring just kill yourself because youre not going to make it and youre wasting our time
>>
>>36182111
There is literally no such thing as a non organic food. All food is organic.
Please explain to me what a GMO chemical is, because I'm quite sure you have no fucking clue what you're talking about.
>>
>>36182053

Not mixing chocolate rice protein into two full servings of full fat greek MAKING FUCKING CHOCOCLATE PUDDING.

60 grams of protein in less than 400 calories with only 20 grams carbs.

You fucking pleb.
>>
>>36182460
>Forcing yourself to eat bland shit
You're like those bodybuilders who eat plain tilapia with plain rice for thee meals a day during contest prep. Like damn dude just throw a little seasoning on that shit it ain't gonna hurt anything.

Poorfag in denial spotted
GMOs and chemicals are bad

I always mix my protons in with greek yoghurt.

Although I've never downed a glass of spunk, I find mixing protons with milk or water is what it would probably taste like.

In yoghurt, or oatmeal, you can't even tell it's there.

Please check the sugar in your precious yogurt. Meanwhile I'll be knocking back unflavored protein and getting all my supplemental protein for zero sugar. Also that stuff is expensive if I remember correctly.

Not that anon, but most GMO's produce by Monsanto are engineered to withstand copious amounts of round-up. The problem is that the glyophysates build up in the flesh of the plants, and can and do cause colon cancer.

GMO technology could be awesome, but Monsanto is a corporation straight out of a Bond book.
>>
>>36182853
but anon, water isn't an anhydride
>>
>>36182386
I'd like to try this, but isn't it kind of sour though?

I like them both separately
>>
Plain greek yogurt
>24g of protein
>10g of carbs (sugar)

Some yogurts are easy to culture at home which might tip the cost in their favor.
I use a Matsoni strain that cultures at room temp (60-80 I've seen work) and just mix whole milk with extra milk solids for thickness.
I drink protein powders too but the yogurt mixes great with oats, honey, flax seeds, and psyllium.

>>36182053
>You know what I love with my protein? An equal amount of sugar!
This is you.

Greek yoghurt is also good to have with curries
>>
>>36182053
100% of people that eat greek yogurt end up dying at some point

How can you justify that?
>>
>>36183446

This is something I've been confused about. It seems that Ausfailian greek yogurt and other dairy based foods have got a much lower protein content than the rest of the world.

http://www.jalna.com.au/nutritional-data-table.html

That's the nutritional information for one of the largest brands of natural yogurt in Australia, but pretty much all the other yogurts I've looked at have similarly low protein content.

Is there really a difference in the macros of yogurt between countries or is the protein content being calculated differently?
>>
>>36182073

greek yogurt doesn't even contain whey, so another point for powder

also, most powders contain BCAAs. if you factor in the cost of BCAA caps/powders plus the cost of the yogurt, the price skyrockets. yet another point for powders.
>>
>>36183830
Yeah, here in burger land, all our yogurt is either filled with 20+g of sugar per serving, or an equivalent amount in aspartame (with all the fat removed on top of it).

If you buy yours from some fancy grocery store or make your own, you might get real yogurt that's actually good for you, but otherwise your just eating meme food targeted at mainstream women too dumb / lazy to actually eat healthy.
>>
>>36183985

i can't think of a single grocery store that doesn't sell plain greek yogurt

9g natural sugar per serving pham
>>
>>36183247
no? the whey makes the greek yogurt sweet af
>>
>>36184022

Greek yogurt is all casein.
>>
>>36182606
What brand of rice protein breh?
>>
>>36184029

Whoops, msised the part about mixing in the whey.

Actually that sounds fucking delicious.

Reminds me, I used to mix fruit punch flavored beef protein isolate with regular plain, nonfat yogurt. Motherfucking Trix for Gains.
