Very low amount of Lucine which means almost zero protein synthesis, basically that product is absolutely shit for making any kind of muscle gains, Unless of course you buy Lucine by itself and add it to that shit but why bother. I get Growing Naturals rice protein chocolate flavor, it doesn't taste great on its own but with some almond milk, peanut butter, and cocoa/chocolate syrup it tastes just as good as whey IMO.
