No, usually I drink a lot of water, plus smoking makes me crave even more water.
I also drink coffee with no sugar, and if I don't feel like drinking pure coffee I'd add soy milk to it.
and when eating or feeling hungry but don't wanna eat I drink pic related. green tea
but It makes I guess that I still hold a lot of fat since I used to weight 210lbs 6 months ago, I am now weighting 125-130lbs
