1 hour cardio = 300 cals
1 minute of food = 300 cals

Might as well not even do the cardio and just not eat that extra 300 cals and save that energy used on the cardio for maintaining lifts.

slow bulk and try to get 1/2/3/4 on all lifts for reps, if you want to keep cutting until shredded then probably 10 more lbs but you will be a skelly

No I've never really been a huge eater, always been skinny, weight very stable over the long term despite gains in strength. But my lifts have been pretty much where they are for almost a year already, i've just been too afraid to gain any fat that I never bulked correctly. But I'm going to start adding in calories by 50 a day untill I hit a good weight gain pace and just bulk for at least a year.

Here's a silly question: can I still get my noob gains if I never gained a lot of muscle mass before?

I was 240lbs when I started cutting, I normally have a Greek yogurt for breakfast, a chicken breast when I get home from class, then whatever I plan on making for dinner, mostly fresh seafood since I live near an ocean. If I snack I'll have a pack of pink salmon. In general, don't skip meals, but don't load up your plate with food when you eat, and eat lean protein. I found using a smaller plate really helps with porting control.

1 hour cardio is 300? 3km at 20 minutes is 200 calories. Add that to 5km at 15 minutes on bike at 20 resistance. That's already 300.

Besides running 3x per week, I walk between 10 and 14km per day at my job. I had over 20,000 steps yesterday.
I'll definitely keep at it though. I don't remember it being so hard in my 20's. I'm 32 now though.

Been cutting again after falling off the bandwagon for a few months, Having so much bad food around during the end/start of the year is a damn curse. Luckily enough didn't really put on any weight though.

Anyway down to 150 about 17% bf I believe. Gonna try to get down to 140 and see where i'm at, maybe 130 if i'm not satisfied with that.

Try caulyflower. Low cal and lots of food. You can make it into "rice" and it rocks.
