Everyone should remember tho that these are not evaluated by the FDA. These capsules could actually contain no Omega-3 or any other ingredients listed.
Every so often, the state or FDA will do a large scale test to evaluate these supplements but its still pretty rare. These tests usually result in cease and desist orders.
This happened last year in NY, for example, where 19 of the 24 supplements had to be pulled. These are at stores all over, including big names like target, GNC, and wallgreens.

Theres a small "NSF" label on the bottles. You can also search on their site for specific brands.
This is the premier site for food safety. All restaurants in the US require certain equipment and standards to be NSF certified.
