Recently I got to thinking about ideal weights for people to be at after achieving 1/2/3/4. Here's my theory:
> 6'0" 200 lbs is the baseline; for every inch above add +6 lbs and every inch below -6 lbs
For example:

> 6'4" 224 lbs
> 6'3" 218 lbs
> 6'2" 212 lbs
> 6'1" 206 lbs
> 6'0" 200 lbs
> 5'11" 194 lbs
> 5'10" 188 lbs
> 5'9" 182 lbs
> 5'8" 176 lbs
> 5'7" - Manlette
If you don't fall into this range then you aren't a man and shouldn't bother - try to achieve these weights after hitting 1/2/3/4 for that athletic, lean aesthetic look.

What do you mean ideal weights? The best weight for anybody on a set level of strength is the lowest weight attainable. So it doesn't matter "6'1" 206" if there's someone 6'1" 160 that can do 1/2/3/4

I'll tell you why this is wrong OP. Weight scales in 3 dimensions. If you are taller, you are also wider and deeper. That means for each +10% taller you are, your weight increases by 1.1^3 or +33.1%
That is one big reason why an elephant that is 13 feet tall weighs 7000 pounds
