If you are serious about your training and make it your main hobby, It takes more than 75mins a day. I personally like to research about ways to improve my workouts and recovery, read interesting articles and books about training, anatomy and manual therapy for prehab/rehab sore muscles.
And that's only for general training with free weights. If you are involved in gymnastics or any other sports, you'll dedicate a lot of your free time trying to get better at it and polish your technique and skills.
