Other than fork put downs, what is the best exercise plan to reduce body fat?

I'm in OK shape, but haven't been hitting the gym like I'm supposed to in quite a while. I want to get back into regular shape but don't really have a good plan to doing so.

This, all the retards in this thread have apparently never seen all the fatasses on treadmills for months who make zero progress. Heavy lifting generally burns more calories than cardio as it is. Not that anyone who suggested cardio has ever lifted heavy. Just decrease calorie intake and keep protein intake high to maintain gains.

Boxing/striking martial arts are far superior as cardio, the conditioning required to be an efficient stand up fighter (Especially sub-light heavyweight level) is ridiculous. Rolling around the floor for hours is hard yes, but if you gas out you can work technical and recharge from guarding and shit. Try finding space to breathe and recharge in a ring when you are your eating punches and the other guy is a swarmer who wants to chase you down to get the KO.

Got respect for grapplefags but you are moronic if you think you are fitter/could beat a good striker in a street fight, you'd be eating so many kicks and punches as you move in to try your throws and locks, especially when the other guy is aware of the fact you want to be close - he'd just snipe you off.

I actually train MMA - Used to box then moved over to Muay thai/Hybrid boxing and then no-gi BJJ and wrastlin, however I don't make the foolish mistake of thinking just because I know grappling I'm now invincible and can take any fight to the floor, look at what happened to Jose Aldo when he tried that shit on Connor Mc, he got laid the fuck out.

I don't think I'm a martial artist, the whole reason I do martial arts is purely for self-defense reasons - used to box competitively tho as a teenager. I'm speaking from experience that hard sparring is harder than hard rolling for cardio - however BJJ is very technical and requires mental endurance, one slip and you're fucked.

It's a alpha 2-adrenergic receptor antagonist it doesn't burn anything. Stubborn fat has high concentration of alpha receptors compared to beta receptors in other fat areas.

Blood flow to stubborn fat area is lower than other areas.
