Just eyeballing that shit, looks like on the left there's a half cup dry rice, leg of chicken, green beans. Sounds fine. Granola bars of unknown protein content, sweet potato, more chicken and broccoli, random hodge-podge of rice pepper probably beans and other shit. Random veggies up top. Looks balanced. Also, doesn't take into account that protein shakes shouldn't be meal-prepped.

8/10 diet right thur.

It's alright to keep Broccoli raw in the fridge though right? I put raw Brocc in with my chicken and it cooks a little when I reheat the chicken. Still pretty raw though, I like it crunchy.

I don't do it either anymore because I learnt how actually cook by working in a couple of kitchens.

I only "prep" grocery shopping trips now but cook every day. I just cook a huge dinner and have leftovers for lunch the next day. It's better that way because I hate non fresh food.

meal prep really takes the fun out of eating because food sit in the fridge for too long. Having fresh food everyday is good

Meal prepping is a good idea for beginners IMO. When I first started out it wasn't really eating the right foods, but more like having to cook it every single day. Most of my meals would only take 15 minutes tops to cook too.

I found personally (due to work schedule) that prepping for 3/4 days at a time worked for me. If you have the room I'd say go for it. Though for my mental wellbeing I had 2/3 different types of foods every other day

As an example day ones breakfast would be an egg salad with mushrooms, capsicum, tomato and avocado. The next would be salmon with spinach and avocado. I like avocado. Both of these kept well for the 3 days.

I'd keep the same basic set up each batch but would cycle between say rice, lentils and black beans for my carb source at dinner. Chicken, venison and steak for my protein and just portion it correctly to fit my macros.

So yeah for beginners I'd say go for it, once you've done it for long enough it's not necessary. It's just like weight training in general, it eventually becomes natural.
