I over exaggerate my thoughts and emotions. When I'm getting hungry and tempted to snack I deride myself for allowing a physical impulse to influence my choices.

And so on. After I've eaten my 500cal breakfast around noon I'll be all like

And other some such. Some will say stuff your face with veggies or drink black coffee. I find it is more about fighting the urge to consume rather then enduring the sensation of hunger. Also eating smaller portions will shrink your stomach making it easier to feel full

Don't know about you OP but I just ate a plateful of food and I'm fuckin stuffed.

Going for a 15min jog later to burn off 200 cals and having a 600 dinner.
