1000kcal cut, my meals for the day is a lunch special from the local shwarma joint, and most of my cals today are going to be from pita bread. Lunch and dinner. Granola bar for breakfast.

diet - Got V bad in the year before my stroke. No exercise either

>another coffee when I got to work
>lunch - sandwich place or mexican food, 3+ diet cokes

Post stroke diet - light exercise with paleo. can only drink water and black coffee

I have loss of feeling on my right side, thankfully it wasn't severe. Also I abused benzos and weed daily for years. Only do benzos as prescribed now.

thanks friend. i'm just glad I'm recovering now and I figured out what was wrong with me.

What made this all worse was that my stroke was caused by an autoimmune disease that causes blood clotting (hughes syndrome). My diet was also a huge factor, but combining the two was a perfect storm. I had felt pretty bad for a long time leading up to this. I was tested for all sorts of neurological diseases and cancer but thank god I figured out what it was.

Fuck off with that meme. Any dry, moisture-lacking food will preserve well, the less moisture the better. You can't compare two burgers or any other food without accounting for moisture levels in both. Like, say, powdered milk vs fresh milk, the former preserves ate room temperature not because of preservatives but because of the moisture difference.

Mc-chickens are based. Order them plain so you don't get that "lettuce" and the half gal of mayo. Get like two or three and just put them between one bun on each side. Throw a little ketchup or whatever sauce you want. Cheap and not too bad
