Who else is dirty bulking here?
I'm 5'9 125lbs. Literally don't give a single shit about being aesthetic, just want to be big and strong. Eating 3000 calories daily of clean but dense foods (oats in whole milk, red meat, nuts, eggs, sweet potatoes etc). Literally have never felt this good in my life.

I don't think you understand what dirty means. When I dirty bulked when I was like 16, I ate whole pizzas to myself and 4 patty burgers. I can assure you that you'll be fine

A dirty bulk is a surplus >500kcal even if it's from lettuce and celery. OPs TDEE will be like 2250 calories considering he doesn't weigh anything

Bodyweight exercises are GOAT for keeping your bulk straight and dips are better than flat bench but combining them is even better

Diet was fairly on point until november-december, then exams started and I became voracious.
Now I eat meat for snacks, fried in butter.
Not joking.

Weight went up a bit, bench 75kg from 65, DL 125-130 from 100 and squat 100 from 80

My life is good as it is, I do my best at the gym.
Since I started as an obese I think I'm good.

I did what you did OP, except i called it a clean bulk...kek. 3000 (at the start), now 3500 calories of mostly clean food. Gaining weight is much harder now though, so I eat dirty more frequently.

Have loved bulking. Stats (September to present):
BW: 170-->193 lbs
Squat: 175 --> 310 lbs
Deadlift: 245 --> 365 lbs
Bench: 145 --> 215 lbs
OHP: 100 --> 150 lbs
