well mine is fairly straightforward, but a more advanced routine; honestly the main thing is commitment, just the same as lifting, progress takes time, mine is comprised of maybe 45mins worth of work before i go to bed, and using the hydromax when i have a bath or shower; there is a beginners routine on matters of size forums that is a good starting point and there is more information on there about what to do regarding safety and moving onto advanced exercises, for example i use a bib hanger for weighted stretching and other things; but go to matters of size as it actually does require a fair bit of reading up, more than i could detail here (there isnt a one-routine-fits-all sort of thing, you have to understand all the forces at work)
