You should have finished your sets with the bar. Your next session you would have added some plates. Your next session you would have added some more plates.

You would have felt proud that you're no longer only working the bar, which in turn, would have cured your social anxiety. I feel you though. Build your muscle with that home gym shit you've got coming in(alternatively you could've done what bodyweight brah mentioned), then head back to the gym and you make that bodybuilding motherfucker weight till your done. No puno.

Yup. Deadlifting should almost always be higher than benchpress. My bench is higher, but only because i didn't have access to a rack for my first year of lifting. Luckily, my body puts on fat in my legs naturally so i don't look too top heavy.

If you get embarrassed by being weak in front of other people you should just quit there. Most of the time people in the gym have the motivation and have also started from somewhere and understand. They might even hook you up with some technique advice.

If it helps get some own gym buddies from school/work/bar/whatever. Im personally weak as shit. The guys i go with can lift over 200 lbs while im hanging in around 70 lbs. Guess what, i dont care because im there for the gains. They give me good advice on everything and we have a good routine. I used to go alone for a while and didnt feel embarrassed even back then. (I only started going seriously recently, it's basically a lifestyle now)

if you're serious than you're t-rex as fuck (your deadlift and squat are much farther than your bench and OHP).
if you're just lifting for e-stats or are doing some sort of permabulk then do whatever. if you want to look somewhat balanced then lower the frequency on the squats and deads, add some supplementary exercise and possibly fix your form

No, you're not going for anything. It's a smith machine, that's like saying "I hit a new squat record on the leg press today".
People think a smith machine is like a barbell that's restricted to one path, but it's an understatement. It's NOT ANYTHING. A SQUAT ON THE SMITH MACHINE IS NOT AN ASSISTED SQUAT, IT'S NOT ANYTHING.

Started with 35s on each side of the barbell so 115 to get some form in me. I was wobling like a joke the first time. If you're scared to go up on weight just use the smith machine. Up the weight get comfortable with it then try it freestyle. Thats what im doing senpai

If you are concerned, consider micro loading with 1.25 pound plates. That's Only 2.5 pounds extra, so it's not the same jump as to adding 5 or 10 pounds.

Then find something that weighs 2.5 pounds and think of that when you lift. It helps to break the mental barrier.

I have almost always done chest (bench + accessories) and back (pull ups, rows, etc.) twice a week and my squats and DLs once. And yeah, I am t-rex mode naturally - 26 inch thighs at 5'7", with 15 inch arms and a scrawny chest.
