S,M,L,XL,XXL all increase in chest size by 2 inches at each step. XL is 44-46 inches (circumference, I think)
If the increase continues, an 8xL would be about 57 inches around at the chest, or just under 5 feet. If you factor in that around the chest is probably the smallest dimension on a super fatty, then a curtain is probably not gonna provide enough material to make a shirt.
