Egg protein is 7 times more expensive than lentil protein. And that considering that you can buy five dozen eggs for ten bucks kek, and only 10 kg of lentils for 10 dollars buying in bulk.

It is better, as in more complete amino acid profile, but not that much better (pic related, aminos in 24.9 grams of protein from eggs and from lentils). It's not 7 times more complete kek.
Anyway, if you're eating rice, pasta, bread, oats, seitan, rice protein, corn or every other type of cereal, the aminogram completes without even trying.

Also keep in mind that lentil production is way more efficient: costs far much less water, land, time and money. That without even mentioning that it doesn't have the ethical problem of slaughtering new born male chickens, and keeping alive the females in horrible conditions. They are more healthy in every single aspect too tbqh.

I'll also accept the fact that the aminoacid profile of tvp is slightly less complete than the one from eggs, but I don't think it makes a difference as long as you have a balanced diet with plenty of diferent shit. The same goes for micros, eggs have slightly lower micros, but with a balanced diet you get all the other ones you need.
