I do IF, usually the same food

Late lunch (after uni): 4 tablespoons of natural yogurt, one scoop protein powder, add some fitness cereal or whatever its called, and mix.

Dinner: 400g chicken breast cut up and fried on a pan (teflon with a tiny dash of oil) and season. 1 boil in bag basmati rice. a bunch of steamed broccoli.
Then I mix the rice and the chicken, and add tomato paste if I feel it needs it. Insane amount of food for hardly any calories.

That's my "main" diet, but it's low enough calories that I can take another bowl of the yogurt mix if I want, or just whatever else that's around 400kcal.

through that year i've experimented with a number of routines and diets. when it comes to achieving extreme leanness while remaining strong and muscular, i' feel i've perfected for myself the leangains intermittent fasting protocol.

diet: i consume all my calories between 1pm and 9pm. on training days this is immediately after i lift. i eat near maintenance calories with high carb, high protein, and low fat on training days. on rest days i keep carbs very low and bring up fat to take its place, eating about 800calories below maintenance.

training: i train at the end of my 16 hour fast, supplementing just 10g of BCAAs right before lifting. i lift heavy with low volume and long rest, as is conducive to fasting.

in an AxBxCxx pattern.

A- squat 3x4-6 reverse pyramid
Romanian deadlift 3x6
hip thrust 3x6
Calf raise 3x12
lateral raise 3x10

B - Bench 3x4-6 RPT
