Will i die if i eat 10 whole eggs? Should i only eat the egg whites?

What makes the yolk so bad?

Gaston ate 4 dozen eggs when he was a lad and he's fine
>>
>>35794269
r u fucking stupid?

eggs are literally the most anabolic food in the world and its not because of the whites. fat and cholesterol are absolutely essential to gaining muscle

(unless ur on fokin drugs and u inject super physiological doses into ur angus)

Dietary cholesterol and serum cholesterol aren't intrinsically linked.

If you ate 10 eggs a day then I could see why you may be cautious but it's not an issue if you do it occasionally.

2-3 eggs (depending on how big) is roughly the daily recommended amount of cholesterol. I'm not sure what the proportion of cholesterol content is in yolk and white, though. You won't die, but you're getting a lot of cholesterol.

hes just talking .. link me the reviewed paper on this topic please

the agriculture industry funds studies themselves so you cant never be sure

they took the science out of science a long time ago

if you knew anything about "science" you'd know the majority is theory

and that almost anything can be proven or disproven

there's 1000's of papers proving and disproving the same thing

unless the theory has been studied and experiments have been done and REPEATED
multiple times it can't even be taken as serious
>>
>>35794269

I eat 12 eggs a day, everyday. Come at me bro.
>>
>>35794412
>>35794429

to add ... this guy in your video is a former McKinsey employee with good credentials.

Most people that get a job in one of the big consulting firms drop out after 2 years max cause they get a lucrative offer from the industry.

So why the hell does he now talk about eggs when he could be having a good career everywhere else??

Its suspicious as fuck.

Im sure he gets paid 2 or 3 times by some egg producers to shill this shit.

>>
>>35794509

To make a statement, "the majority is theory", you don't know anything about science or what a theory is.

The hypothesis can be proven or disproven and needs lots of studies. Once you have a theory, it's pretty much set in stone. Something can disprove the theory but, there is a large body of evidence supporting it.

There are not 1000's of contradicting studies either.... That's only how it seems if you try to read them without understanding them.

The physiological level of cholesterol is lower than you would expect. Primates (including humans) post-weaning synthesize all the cholesterol they need and more through the diet only serves to disrupt homeostasis.

Dietary cholesterol raises the so-called "good" cholesterol because your extrahepatic cells are exporting excess cholesterol, trying to get rid of it. This happens in the visceral adipose for example

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24969772

When HDLs are overloaded with cholesterol and CETP is no longer enough (as would happen eating 4+ egg yolks/day) ApoE is attached to them to allow for direct uptake/excretion by the liver though this also impairs their other functions and renders them atherogenic. For this reason HDL-C has an inverted-U shaped relationship with health outcomes. Populations with a type of HDL known as HDL-Milano have low levels of HDL-C yet extremely good health because of its efficiency and ability to augment the total kinetics of reverse cholesterol transport.

i tried eat 1 whole egg every day for 1+ month, since in 1.5 eggs there's the average max daily cholesterol intake. i used to eat 2 whole eggs a week and cholesterol levels were superfine, after the month with 1 whole egg a day(+ 3-4 whites) chilesterol was slightly higher than old value but till a relly good value.

there's lots lot's of flawed information out there.

99% of natural testosterone information is incredible bullshit (you have no idea)
ESPECIALLY if you read something on bodybuilding.com , i'd say that' proof that it is wrong

Everyone's gonna die eventually. Whether or not you eat the eggs, you will eventually die.

So to answer your question: yes, you will die.

cholesterol is transported in something called chylomicrons, which is basically big balls filled with fat and chol. in your blood between liver and other tissue (extrahepatic). The chylomicrons consist of different proteins, HDL and ApoE hereamonst. Apparently, if you eat too much chol., your HDL-proteins will be filled, but ApoE-proteins take over instead, but that means plaque in your blood. Then something about inverted U-relationship, which apparently means that you have to eat not much or very much cholesterol, probably in order to activate a reverse choltransport. It's a bit high-level for my knowledge, but I hope it helps.
