-I am up ~3-4 pounds from my normal weight. This is typical in winter. But it usually ALL goes to my tummy, and now it's like all on my boobs (though my stomach isn't as toned as I'd like).
- I was very anorexic in high school, but I've been excellent about getting in enough calories, especially animal fat and animal protein, for the past five years (my husband is a great help with this).
