Actually fucking do something at gym. Sure I don't know about other people's goals, but I'mm pretty sure that 400000324,5 pee a dogs xF won't do shit really. How hard is it to actually do some deadlifts and squats?

Weightlifting exercises. Doesn't have to be the competition exercises, but power snatches, power cleans, high pulls etc.
Most people in commercial gyms neglect the hip hinge pattern. This is a mistake as you neglect training one of two primary functions of the back i.e. transfering power from the legs.
If you think you can ever get complete back development while neglecting a primary function, then you're a fool.

Of course the deadlift and its variations can work as well, but the standard deadlift is hard to perform for much volume, as it has a tendency to take more out of you than it gives back.
