Because in winter, more often than not, I have to shower in places that are hardly warmer than outside, then bike home, which takes anywhere from 10 to 60 minutes depending on where I am. Long wet hair combined with those temperatures isn't exactly comfortable.
I'm good with cold, but I'm not insane.
Is it enough that I live in Canada?
