Jeff is the roider cheater chad with à punchable face. He's the Guy with à baby face that got everything handed in life.
Scooby is wisdom, good advices and à father figure. He's also utterly gay and silly looking. He's à true nerd that made it, but also the sad realisation that lifting won't solve your social illnesses.

Scooby is à sucessfull rich ripped Guy who built His own plane. Lifting Will improve your self confidence and make you fuckable, if you aim to cure your shyness or social anxiety you'll just have to add another type of routine.
If you were able to apply yourself to lifting consistently (which so few people can manage) then you have the ability to develop any skill.
