hey /fit/,
what are some bad habits that you used to have but managed to not have them any more and what was your method?

Not knowing much.
Learning.
For real, though.. if you can't answer every question you or a potential conversation mate have, at least for standard levels of discussion, you've got something to be doing.
Used to drink 10-12 sodas per day. Just slowly cut them down, after awhile I was having 1 a week, at that point it was easy to stop entirely. Gone about 3 years now without any.
Smoking a pack of cigarettes every day.
I stopped doing it by telling myself it was way too much money.
Only smoke while drunk now.
>plot twist: im drunk everyday

Could you elaborate a little more? For some reason this isn't clicking

haha i loved this post
Used to smoke, but once I started buying protein I realised how much a waste of money it was if I continued smoking, been 5 months smoke free now
Only been at the gym for 2 months so I'm still making plenty.
>Used to lower my back backwards then forwards during rowing like it was some sort of ab workout
>Bad form on most things, looking them up on youtube whenever I have time
>Eat a lot of sugar still, I'd say 10-20 teaspoons in the fruit/bread I eat each day, slowly working on it by removing one thing from my diet per day/week/whatever
Probably plenty more I don't know about. Never been in a gym before or worked out, so it's all learning for me.

Used to eat and drink(alcoholic and otherwise) whenever I was bored or the opportunity arose. Started drinking more water.
Also used to slouch and breath through my mouth when walking, but manlet threads and chewing gum helped fix that.
Used to shut myself in on weekends, realized that my friends did the same shit i did by myself, only with a group, and it was more fun in a group so just started putting in more effort to be social.
Wouldn't say i have a masturbation problem but i would say i have a minor porn problem so I'm working on that, though it's the only fully internal problem i've ever faced.
I aspire to be the most aesthetic normie.

Thank god youre doing this, my best friend is a fucking idiot, not academically hes intelligent and really social. But when it comes to knowing the most basic of things, and has "never heard of it". keeping up to date with prior and current events is something people Alot of people need help with

>current events
Not sure that's what I have in mind. Ordinarily having herd about a news story has very little impact on a character's social value.
