where the fuck do you get enough fats to balance your diet fit?

i mainly get them from peanut butter and almonds, but id like to find a few more sources so i can spread out my fat intake across the entire day instead of eating a fuckton of almonds

You don't need any fats other than a bit of fish oil and the small amount of naturally occurring phospholipids you would find in lean plants and lean meats. Excess fat especially PUFA is toxic and shortens lifespan.
