I don't have any left anon. I don't get motivation much lately. Fiancee left me, my car's transmission went the other day. I take the metro now, and it's cold as fuck every day. My running shoes ripped through on the sides. My brother is in the hospital with severe crohns disease. I've got so little left to feel, motivation isn't on the table.
But do you know what I do have anon? I have hope. Even if it's a fucking lie. I don't give a fuck. I lift like a mother fucker every god damn day because it might distract me for an hour. I sometimes lift twice a day, because it's real progress that only I can change. I focus on those god damn weights so much because if my life is going to suck dick it's sure as fuck not going to be because I don't have determination and discipline. When everything else fucking blows and my day week month and year have all been one shit show after another, I find solace in my progress, where I was, and how far I've come.
Fuck man, I don't have an ounce of motivation. But you don't always need it.
