I feel you brew. I just nailed 135x5 last night myself. Breathing is the biggest thing for OHP. You gotta inhale on the eccentric phase and get that exhale on the concentric phase but save it for the halfway up point. Then accessories. Push press is the best. Also incline bench and make sure you're training push movements at all angles.

I hit 65kg 3 x 6 last night finishing with 70kg for 2 reps.

I have tried seated and it sucks because you get less support from your legs. The weight gets so high that you need them as footings to help the weight disperse evenly.

When you sit even if you into the ground you get it even unevenly going right into ur ass

Protips from a 125kg presser who started ten years ago with a 16kg kettlebell before moving onto barbells:

1. Tension is everything. Lock your body down, especially your abs and ass and learn to breathe behind a tensed core.
2. You can overhead with more volume than you think.
3. You should be doing a minimum of 3 sessions per week, though I would recommend an extra high rep session.
4. A good beginners program would be - M:8x3-5 overhead (go by feel depending on how you feel), W: DB or KB overhead 8-10x1 (work up to max), F: Jerk from rack 8-10 of 1-3, S: Seated Kolkovs: 3x12. You can also add in a heavy lock out for 3xmore than 10 seconds if you like.
4. You can overhead with more volume than you think. The reason I've got to 125kg is because I've trained like the above for most of it.
5. Strongmen pre steroid era considered a 1.5xbodyweight overhead 'great'. Get pressing.
